Champ/Grandchamp hunting tournament rules
1. No cheats.
2. Champ & Grand Hunts may be hunted offline and online, as many times as you like.
3. Must follow all hunt details described for that hunt.
4. If you send more than 1 entry during the week we will take your best score for your entry.
5. Do not edit your entry in anyway, doing so will disqualify you from the hunt.
6. The only form of entry we will accept is the .dhtrophy file (the trophy veiwer file) NO SCREENSHOTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
7. NO late entrys will be taken. (Champ Hunts begin on Sunday's at 1pm Central time, and end the following Sunday [except the Grand Champ is 2 weeks] at 1pm Central time.
--Hunt results will be posted sometime between 1pm Central time on Sunday after the hunt ends and 11pm on Monday. I (Cope) take in unwanted and neglected horses on my ranch, and I am sometimes not available to post the hunt results right away.
8. You must send your entry to: Cope
9. Failure to follow these rules will result in rejection of your entry.
Championship Hunts
There will be 3 Championship Hunts, 1 for the end of each season. The Champion and Grand Champ are free hunts, but there will be a prize (to be determined by SCH Staff). The winners of the weekly hunts and hunters with the highest rare deer bagged (see rare deer info below) will be invited to the Championship Hunts. Check this page often for current Champ and Grand info.
***Championship Hunt Info***
There will be 3 seasons that make up the Championship Series.
- January - April
- May - August
- September - December
Invites to each season hunt will be as follows:
- The winners of the weekly hunts through out the current season.
- The Top 3 with the most rare deer.
Each time someone wins the weekly hunts more than once, that means that there will be one less person in the Champion Hunt. So the more you hunt and win, the better chances you'll have in the Champion Hunt! The Champion Hunt is for braggin rights, and the winner will also receive a prize (to be determined by SCH Staff).

Grand-Champ Hunt
The Grand-Champ Hunt will be held in December, after the 3rd Champion Hunt. The winners of the Champion hunts will be invited to this hunt, along with the members with high rare deer bagged. (Check below, under Grand-Champ Hunt Details for more info) Check back often for current info.

Invites to the Grand-Champ hunt will be as follows:
- The winners of the 3 Championship hunts.
- The Top 3 with the most Rare deer FOR YEAR.
The Grand-Champ hunt will run for 2 weeks in December. This hunt is for braggin rights, and the winner will also receive a prize (to be determined by SCH Staff).

Rare Deer Rules
As you've seen in the Champ and Grand Champ Hunt info, there will be 3 hunters with an invite to each Champ Hunt and the Grand Champ Hunt, with the most Rare deer bagged. The rules are as follows:
1. The ONLY rare deer that will qualify are deer that were taken during weekly hunts, on the same map and same details as the weekly hunt described.
2. Rare deer that were NOT taken with the same details as the weekly hunts will NOT qualify to be added to your current score. (However, it will be added to the Record Book)
3. If you wish to send in your Rare deer to count for your total, they must be sent in on time, and must be sent to: Cope
4. The only form of entry we will accept is the .dhtrophy file (the trophy viewer file).
5. Failure to follow these rules will result is rejection of your entry.
